Gamurland is a learning and practice tool. It does not guarantee educational outcomes and does not replace professional teacher judgment or formal instruction.
Content and intellectual property
Gamurland software, branding and platform content remain with their respective rights holders. Users retain rights in their own uploads while granting the limited permissions needed to provide the service.
Plans and paid services
When paid plans are enabled, price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and applicable taxes will be disclosed before purchase. Downgrades should not be used to erase existing learning data.
Service changes
The service may change for security, performance or product development. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through appropriate channels.
Liability and contact
To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available while mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Final operator and contact details will be added before launch.
